RETURN & EXCHANGE


  • Glitz by Sumaira Yasir offers return and exchange policy.
  • Return/Exchange need to be filed within 48 hour of item delivery.
  • Customer will be responsible for all returning delivery charges.
  • Damaged/Incomplete item will not be liable for any return or exchange. Glitz by Sumaira Yasir could send back the item at the customer’s expense.
  • Customers may claim return & exchange if they receive damaged goods however they must provide video proof of this.
  • Customers are advised to make video while unwrapping and unboxing their product from delivery packaging. This video will be used as a proof that customer received damaged good.
  • Send us a video of your product with the issue at 03006000434 within 24 hours on WhatsApp.
  •  If video proof is not provided or video is made after the product has been unboxed then customer will not be entitled to a return & exchange.
  • Glitz by Sumaira Yasir is totally responsible in case of damaged/wrong product delivery.
  • Glitz by Sumaira Yasir will compensate customers by sending the correct item or returning the money.
  • Glitz by Sumaira Yasir will only be liable for any replacement if you file your claim within 24 hours and return the product within 7 days of delivery.
  • In case of a return, money will be transferred to the customer’s bank account/Jazz Cash/Easypaisa within 2-4 working days. Glitz by Sumaira Yasir will deduct their cost of delivery.
